Recent changes to the Litigation Examination:
The exam is no longer a completely open book exam.
The only materials permitted into the exam is as follows:
Ontario Annual Practice, Student Edition, including the Forms.
PROVINCIAL EXAM FEE:
Commencing with the 2009/2010 academic year the exam fee will be $125.00.
Please Note: Commencement dates for classes may vary from college to college, however, all Provincial Examination dates are fixed as indicated above. With the exception of litigation, all Provincial Examinations are closed book.
