In an increasingly fast-paced and competitive world, The Institute of Law Clerks (“ILCO”) provides a cost-effective way to reach a large pool of qualified professionals that will fully support the highest ethical and practice standards.

Employers interested in placing a job ad on the ILCO website must fill out the online Job Ad form.

          Cost:                    $150.00 (plus HST) per Ad
          Payment:            MasterCard, Visa, AMEX
          Duration:            Ads remain posted for three weeks

 

Submitting a Job Ad for the first time? Complete the form below.

When completing Part III - Billing Information, which information is not displayed in the job posting, please be advised that you are creating a new contact profile and will be sent ILCO Portal Login instructions and a temporary password. This will allow you to post future jobs from within the profile, and view/print your invoices from within the profile. TIP: Create a profile that will be accessible by others in your office if you are not the only person posting jobs for your organization.

 

Returning to post another Job Ad? Follow these steps.

  • Log into the ILCO Portal through the ILCO website
  • Select Job Bank from the top menu
  • Select Post & Manage Jobs
  • Click the Green Box +Post Job
  • Fill in all the necessary details, including your contact info and company logo

If you wish to edit the job ad after it has been published or remove the job ad, please email general@ilco.on.ca with the following information:

  • Position title
  • Date of posting
  • Company name
  • Submitted by
