2018 Fellowship - Securities Course

Start Date: Sep 12, 2018
End Date: Dec 5, 2018 Location: The course is offered at the ILCO Education Centre, 20 Adelaide Street East, Suite 503. Fee: The fees are $795.00 plus HST for members and $995.00 plus HST for non-members.

The course will provide an overview of Securities law and focus on practical considerations and practice points. While the course will emphasize corporate finance transactions, topics covered will also include continuous disclosure documents, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and insider reporting obligations.

This course is available by webcast, or by attending weekly classes at the ILCO Education Centre. Classes are Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 9:00 PM. The course runs for 10 weeks, followed by a review class. The exam is scheduled for December 5th and must be written at the ILCO Education Centre.

2025 FELLOWSHIP ESTATE ACCOUNTING COURSE

 

REGISTRATION: OPENING SOON

 

The Course will address the various aspects of estate accounting from consideration of the relevant legislation and common law principles, through the preparation of estate accounts to a passing of accounts. It will include such topics as distinguishing between capital and income, unusual entries, problem areas, estate trustee compensation and accounting for a power of attorney for property. Informal accounting where a passing of accounts will also be dealt with, as well as requirements under the Estate Administration Tax regulations.

ILCO is pleased to offer the 2025 Fellowship Estate Accounting Course via live Webinar sessions, starting September 8, 2025 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Fellowship Real Estate Course runs for 9 weeks on Wednesdays until November 3, 2025.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance is mandatory. Classes will not be recorded. Students are expected to attend class on a regular basis.

REFUND POLICY: The course fee is non-refundable.
