This session will provide an overview of the requirements, challenges and opportunities for incorporations in the Atlantic Canadian legal context, highlighting differences across Atlantic Canadian and other jurisdictions.
Marie-Pier is an associate in the Moncton, New Brunswick office of Cox & Palmer. Marie-Pier studied law at Université de Moncton where she graduated with a Juris Doctor in 2016. Her primary area of practice is in corporate and commercial law, as well as in real estate transactions, both commercial and residential, and estate planning, including preparing last will & testaments and powers of attorney.
