  • This session will cover a step by step process of preparing Bills of Costs and Costs Outline, using Excel spreadsheet generated from PC Law. 

Securities Law – Prospectus Series – 4 day Program on April 19, 26 and May 3, 10

  • These sessions will cover general prospectus information, short form, long form, simplified prospectuses, AIF, Fund/ETF Facts and other related topics.
