Overview
This practical session, led by corporate governance expert Nick Pasquino, a partner and the Regional Manager of the Corporate and Commercial Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, will review 9 best practices of high functioning independent, skills-based boards of directors. Participants in this session will be able to draw comparisons to the organizations they support in their practices, to determine whether and to what degree their boards of directors are similarly high functioning.
