Overview
This session provides law clerks with an overview of the process for establishing an exchange-traded fund (ETF). We will review the steps, required documentation and regulatory filings necessary to qualify the distribution of ETF securities through a prospectus offering, including the procedures for obtaining exemptive relief from the securities commissions. We will also cover the process and forms required to list ETF securities on a stock exchange.Presenters
