Overview
The first corporate document to consider after you have completed the private corporation’s articles will be the corporation’s by-laws, shareholders agreements and shareholder declarations.
This session will take you through the statutory foundation of these documents as well as their role and purpose in the governance of a corporation. We will review how they function in ongoing use and then turn to a variety of essential drafting tips.
There will be a Q&A Session following the presentation.
