Overview
We are pleased to invite you to a virtual session showcasing Ontario’s new digital justice solution, which recently launched on October 14, 2025, for the Toronto region as part of the Courts Digital Transformation (CDT) initiative.
This session will be led by the CDT Training Office.
The new solution is being used in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice for Family proceedings, Civil proceedings (including Bankruptcy, Commercial List and Contested Estates), Divisional Court proceedings, and Small Claims Court proceedings and Enforcement, and in the Ontario Court of Justice for Family proceedings.
The session is designed for law clerks to learn how to:
• Search for cases and request access as a verified user
• File material in the new public portal, including how to file on an existing case
• How to correct a rejected filing
