v. Notices to requisite parties
(b) Components of post-closing:
i. Distribution of executed closing documents to required parties
ii. Follow up on:
1. Discharge(s)/authorizations to discharge to be delivered/registered and delivered
2. Assumption or assignment agreements to be executed and delivered
3. Outstanding documents or other deliveries that are post-closing items
iii. Preparation and delivery of reports to:
1. Client(s)
2. Lender
3. Title insurer
4. Other required parties
